What does this app offer?
 This app offers the following:




1. An interactive application that could be utilized for generating post-it notes on our phone with our fingers and/or stylus
2. We can change the background color of the notes section with a click of a button
3. We can also show our creative mind on a selected picture, while also changing the text color on the notes section
4. We can also select any picture of our own to show our creative space
5. This application also offers the option to write on images, if necessary
6. This application includes the ability to save and share the created content
7. The user would notice a good collection of colors
8. This application also includes the Undo and Redo features
9. We, users, can easily clear and/or erase content with our fingers.

What is the additional utility of this application?
Post-it notes form part and parcel of our daily lives in many parts of the world. For example, a study in Canada presented the challenges in switching from regular post-it notes to eco-friendly ones, where the authors showed that the price point made the regular post-it notes more attractive than the eco-friendly ones. However, the same research study presented various concerns such as, energy demand, volatile organic pollutants impacting both on the eco-front, and also on the health front, coming from the manufacturing of the post-it notes. 

The same research data also pointed out that the eco-friendly post-it notes have had its own challenges in terms of energy demand, and economics. Additionally,  historical CDC data also showed that the logging industry happens to be one of the more dangerous industries in terms of occupational fatalities with mortality rate being more than 20 times higher than the overall fatality rate in the US (CDC, 2014).

Compared to the physical Post-it Notes, our HiPost Notes product extracts the capabilities that are in-built in a smartphone, and hence, indirectly addresses many of the manufacturing concerns identified for physical post-it notes. We also believe that this product aligns with our CSR initiatives in creating more user and eco-friendly products. We hope that the global world would appreciate this effort from us and make this product a raving success.
