We again received another email message recently from this platform provider after the application had been live for a while now. We had gone through a somewhat similar experience at the time of publishing this app, which we were able to resolve with our timely actions then.
Coming to the recent message, as per this new email message, suddenly, this application did not meet certain requirements as shared below.
We have responded both by email, and through the mentioned mode of communication presenting our side of things. We hope to get clarity in this matter from the platform provider soon.
