OUR COMMUNICATION WITH  THE PLAY STORE TEAM WITH REGARD TO THIS APP

We received an email about this app that stated our app got rejected citing some meta tag issues with the product's description.  Though the reasoning appeared blurry and questionable, as we happen to rely on this third-party platform, we went ahead and made appropriate changes a while ago on the same day upon receipt of the email. However, this particular app is still under review, while three or four other apps that were submitted have already gone live. In this day and age of IoTs where information can be stolen right while typing or talking, a day lost puts a business in a difficult spot. With the app still under review, we believe that it is our company's responsibility to inform the marketplace about this issue, and the efforts that we are taking to address it to bring this product out soon.

For some random reason, the app below was rejected. We still went ahead and made changes, which we thought would address the concern raised. It has been a while and this app has not gone live yet. Whereas, a couple of other apps submitted afterwards have gone live. May we know the status of this application?

Same applies for our Austin Bond 009 app as well. Providing a timely response would help us understand the issue in hand better.
