Dear Val-U-Pro Consulting Group, LLC,
Congratulations on filing your trademark with the USPTO. This is an important step in the life of every business.
My name is Ryan Bethell, a trademark attorney, and a partner of The Ideas Law Firm, PLLC. We help businesses like yours receive quality legal services at an affordable price. I noticed that your trademark recently received an Office Action from the USPTO. This means that the USPTO is refusing your trademark application unless you respond. If you do not respond to the office action by Wednesday, September 2, 2020, your trademark will become abandoned. While this isn’t good news, these refusals are quite common and can be overcome. I've helped thousands of clients in your exact situation. I would love the opportunity to help you. For your convenience, the status of your trademark appears below:
Your Trademark Current Status:
The IMESSENGER trademark current status is Trademark Application Filed; Final Refusal Issued.
I got the below email from your team about our trademark application that is due for response before September 2nd, 2020. I would certainly like to further this communication and look forward to hearing from you.

to me, ####
Unfortunately, I do not this is a refusal that is winnable. There is a slight chance that responding will overcome the refusal, but this mark is highly similar to several other marks on the register, and it may be better to rebrand.
Thanks for getting back to me with your honest view on this one, Ryan. We would like to pursue this mark for now, as we believe that there is a case for getting approval for this mark based on prior registration of the same mark well prior to other mentioned marks cited in the response letter.
Anyways, thanks again for getting back to us.

Do you have a serial number of the prior registered mark? This might change things drastically.
