Earlier, I had initiated this topic on transformative fair use for Google vs Oracle case. Ruling for this case was totally in favor of Google that the platform, Android, was transformative enough for it to be considered fair use.

Personally, I believe that we need to ask couple of simple questions based on the term, transformative fair use. What are those? We will see soon.
