Update:

Prior to going through this update, we need to understand IARC here stands for International Age Rating Coalition rather than International Agency for Research in Cancer or Invention Assignment Review Committee. 

Coming back to our situation, as we did with our "Spin the Bottle" application for baby shower, where we had a similar situation of platform provider stalling our application for a blurry and unclear reason, in that case, for having a bottle in the application, we decided to do the right thing and reached out to IARC unit again. As we did last time, we presented the details of this application, and the reason for reaching out to them (In other words, Unmaiya sonnom - presented the truth in this matter).

Good News - IARC has stated the following in this regard, which has been communicated to the platform provider.
